Teaching Tools
These are the teacher’s tools and must be carefully selected, prepared, honed and changed according to circumstances. Poor materials can impede a student’s ability to learn. Just as students are continuous learners, so must teachers be. They need to be absolutely on top of the resources available to them as teachers and must be able to adapt to new ways of thinking and new methods of teaching– as circumstances demand. This will often involve devising or employing entirely new teaching materials.
